Congratulations to Huntington Woods' October Employee of the Month! Meet Anthony Ogbuji, our fantastic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). He might be relatively new to Huntington Woods, but he's already making waves with his hardworking and positive attitude.
His colleagues and residents can't stop singing his praises. Everyone loves working with Anthony because he's approachable, hardworking, and just a joy to be around. This guy's a real team player, always there when you need a hand. He'd sum up his career as being rewarding, respectful, and compassionate. One memorable moment that stands out is when a resident gave him a heartfelt hug to show their gratitude.
In the healthcare industry for a solid decade, Anthony chose this path because he genuinely enjoys helping the elderly and is motivated daily by seeing a resident light up with a smile just because he walked into their room. Outside of work, Anthony's all about sports, and here's a fun fact: he used to be a corrections officer before becoming a nurse. Plus, he's a proud parent to two awesome kids.
