We're thrilled to introduce our November Employee of the Month, Janeva Slauter, whose infectious positivity and commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable part of our team at Huntington Woods.

Janeva's dedication to personal and professional growth is admirable. She is constantly willing to assist colleagues and put smiles on faces throughout our facility. Easy to talk to, fun to work with, and consistently upbeat, Janeva's positive attitude creates a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and residents.



With three months of being a housekeeper at Huntington Woods and just over a year in the healthcare industry, Janeva's decision to work in healthcare stems from a genuine passion for helping people. Her daily motivation revolves around making a difference for those who cannot help themselves. In addition to her professional achievements, Janeva, originally from Elyria, is a licensed cosmetologist and a proud parent to a son (Owen), a daughter (Angel), and furry companions, including a cat (Socks) and a dog (Sophia).
