National Donut Day
June 7, 2019National Donut Day is celebrated the first Friday of June each year succeeding the Doughnut event created by The Salvation Army in Chicago in 1938 to honor those of their members who served doughnuts to soldiers during World War I. To celebrate this date we provided our staff and residents with a tasting treat today! Our residents garnished their own donuts with some fun toppings this afternoon! Happy National Donut Day!
