Meet our New Administrator

We'd like to welcome our new Administrator, Kayla Alten, to the team! Being a part of the Foundations Health portfolio, the largest healthcare provider in Ohio, we love sharing about the incredible individuals inside our facility that make a difference every day. We are committed to expanding our team with individuals who are truly passionate about long-term care and dedicated to upholding our Culture of Care.

Although Kayla is new to Huntington Woods, she is not new to our company, Foundations Health Solutions. She's worked for Foundations since 2013, starting as a Nurse and Unit Manager. She decided to continue pursuing her career in long-term care by obtaining her Administrator license. We are so excited to have her with us!

I have always loved working in healthcare and especially within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

My role allows me to connect with residents and families, building bonds and relationships. I enjoy making your loved one smile and being a part of their lives every day. I recognize that this is their home, whether it be for a short period or longer. I am proud to be part of Foundations and their Culture of Care mission."
