January Employee of the Month

Meet our January Employee of the Month, Sincere Suigeneris! As a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), Sincere has been an invaluable asset since joining the Huntington Woods team in August 2023.



Sincere is the epitome of commitment, ensuring our residents and facility are always at their best. His dedication is apparent as he kicks off each shift with the right attitude, holding both himself and others accountable to prioritize the well-being of our residents. Hardworking, dedicated, and with a resident-first mindset, Sincere has seamlessly become an integral part of our compassionate team.

Growing up in the vibrant East Side of Cleveland, Sincere brings more than just his stellar STNA skills. An enthusiast of poetry, reading, and music, he adds a touch of creativity to our community. Fun fact – Sincere is pretty skilled at drawing! As he navigates his healthcare journey motivated by the joy of helping those in need, Sincere remains a warm presence, cherished by both co-workers and residents.
