Administrator Courtney Craig
April 9, 2020Westlake, Ohio - Courtney Craig is a proud graduate of Ohio University. She currently resides in Lorain,Ohio, with her husband Marc, daughter Charlotte and adorable dog Mica. Courtney is also expecting a baby boy this July! When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family or going to the gym. Courtney was previously at a sister facility in Avon but is excited to be apart of the new team at Huntington Woods!
Business Office Manager Chase Tennet
Chase Tennant has been in Long Term Care for over 15 years in North East Ohio. Chase enjoys singing and is a member of Windsong, Cleveland's Feminist Chorus.
Admissions Director Stephanie Hall
I have been in healthcare for almost 20 years. I started as a receptionist for a primary care physician and became a certified medical coder 16 years ago. I then worked for a Long Term Acute Care facility for 14 years in health information, medical coding, and admissions. I am an animal lover and have two dogs and a parrot. I enjoy drawing, painting, and wood crafts. I am married and have amazing step-children! I have been at Huntington Woods for almost nine months and it is a blessing to work with the staff and residents. I can honestly say I love my work family.

Director of Nursing Susan Williams
I married my high school sweetheart and have three wonderful grown children. I enjoy traveling, spending time with children, and grandchildren. We are expecting two granddaughters this summer:) I also come from a very large family and enjoy family gatherings, cookouts, pool parties, and just catching up on our lives.
Human Resources Megan Campbell
I have been in Long Term Care for a little over five years. I started off as an STNA with Foundations Health at a sister facility and very quickly joined Huntington Woods in Medical Records/Central Supply/Staffing and I am now in Human Resources.
When not at Huntington Woods, you can find me working with the Amherst Marching Comets as I am the Color Guard Advisor. I like to spend time with my husband, our aughter and our dog, Rex, out on walks and being outdoors.
Hospital Liaison Lee Mahar
I have been in healthcare marketing for ten years and have been with the team here at Huntington for about 4.5 years. I love my role with Huntington Woods and Foundations Health Solutions because I enjoy being a patient advocate and collaborating with case managers, social workers, nurses, and physicians at the hospitals. My wife and I just moved back to Avon this past December, and we love to travel, take walks through our new neighborhood and spend time by Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland.

Fun fact about me is that I have 15 pets (three dogs, three birds, six chickens, two guinea pigs, and one fish).
