Aging Together: Huntington Woods' Westlake Bond

Being a locally owned and operated nursing home, Huntington Woods understands the importance of building connections with our community. Engaging with them through our Lunch and Learn programs has been creating opportunities for residents, their families, and community members to come together, share knowledge, and develop genuine relationships.



These programs are provided and presented in both the facility and out in the community. One of the main communities that we enjoy partnering with is the Knickerbocker Apartment in Bay Village. Taking the time to help the aging population learn and understand what resources, programs, and helpful tips there are takes our Culture of Care mission beyond our facility walls. Engaging and listening to our local seniors and families allow them to be part of the Foundations' Family and know that they have a partner in their aging journey.
