March Employee of the Month: Tracy

Tracy joined the Huntington Woods team last year and has made a positive impact since then! She may be new to Huntington Woods, but she is not new to Foundations Health, as she used to work at our sister facility, the Woods on French Creek.



Tracy started her career in Healthcare as a Nursing Assistant before becoming a nurse. Tracy loves being a nurse and you can tell it! She is always patient with staff and residents and is always willing to go the extra mile to provide the culture of caring that Foundations stands by.

Tracy is a great advocate for the residents and their families, she keeps them updated and informed as well as always being patient and kind. Tracy has been a welcome addition to the Huntington Woods team!
